Maize flour

Maize flour is used directly for human consumption and as raw material in food-processing, confectionary and brewing industry.

It is produced by milling of previously degerminated non-GMO maize while the granulation of ground endosperm is 355 microns. 

The content of starch in maize flour is around 85% in a dry matter.

For better product conservation, moisture and fat content are below legally established maximal limits.

Maize flour is delivered to wholesale and retail stores packed in 500 g PVC bags, in transport wrapping material (carton) containing 40 PVC bags and weighing 20kg in total. 

At buyer’s demand, maize flour can also be delivered in 25 and 50kg paper bags.

Expiry date for maize flour is 12 months.
